Yes. Pay annually and save! The actual amount depends on the chosen plan.
How many words can I translate in LingoHub?
LingoHub scales based on “hosted characters” and “linguistic credits” rather than a word count. Each plan has specific caps for these metrics. You can increase these limits at any time directly in your account settings as your project grows.
Please refer to our pricing page for more information.
How can I increase my plan limits in LingoHub?
You can expand your capacity in two ways, depending on the feature:
Hosted characters: Purchase add-ons that match your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Linguistic credits & CDN: Set a monthly budget limit in your settings. You are only charged if you exceed the amount included in your plan. Additional usage is billed incrementally (e.g., €3 per 100k linguistic credits). If you don’t exceed your plan’s quota, you pay nothing extra.
What payment methods does LingoHub accept, and how can I manage my subscription?
LingoHub accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, with SEPA billing available for Pro plans and above. You can manage your billing details, update payment methods, and download invoices directly from your application settings. For Pro (annual billing) and Enterprise accounts, we also offer invoicing.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go… You can cancel your subscription by deleting your organization. Please be aware that deleting an organization is irreversible! Accordingly, you will lose all projects, data, and billing information.
